The Management Trainee (MT) programme at Unilever Sri Lanka offers a comprehensive and rigorous two year agenda that aims to develop future leaders by exposing the individuals to key areas of the company.
It challenges you from the time you fill in your application, throughout the assessment stages, presenting yourself in front of the key decision makers and finally through a comprehensive rotation plan in different areas of the company.
In short, throughout the MT programme you will be provided opportunities to work on exciting yet challenging assignments with various managers, which will provide you with insight into how our organisation works.

• Applicants should be 27 years of age or younger as at 1st October 2011
• Have graduated with a minimum second class upper degree
• Have a part or fully completed professional qualification that is relevant to your chosen degree or career area
• An exceptional achiever of extracurricular activities, excellent communication skills in English and working knowledge of MS Office.
